How does it work?
For the employer
- The employer specifies which employees should be able to pay business trips via invoice.
- Easy follow-up of business trips, with digial receipts and detailed specification of all trips in one invoice.
- Strengthens your employer branding making it easier for employees to do work related travel.
- Easier to offer sustainable transport alternatives and business trips, not depending on the employee having a private car or making private expenses.
For the employee
- In the EC2B app, the employee can choose to book with the company account, and add relevant details and references. Easy payment via invoice to the company.
- Access to a wide range of travel partners, such as public transport, car-sharing, ride-sharing and bike-sharing.
- In addition all users have access to their personal account, where it’s possible to pay for trips with the Mobility wallet, card or Swish.
