What data does EC2B collect?
When you use EC2B app you will create a user account where you provide your name, email and a password. To use the provided services, we may also prompt you for other information such as your street address, social security number and information about the booking such as time/date, location, which item you booked.
The app also collects diagnostics data about how the app is used in order to optimize the experience.
The EC2B app has a feature to store your card (credit/debit card) for future payment. The card data is stored using Svea Wallet SDK and is neither stored or processed in EC2Bs systems.
What do we do with your data?
Your contact information is used to contact you in case we need in regard of the provided transport services. Bookings are stored so that EC2B can know when a vehicle is available to other users and not book it to more than one user at the same time.
The data you supplied may also be used for collecting statistics about the app. For example for improving the provided service or for marketing purposes. If statistics are published, it is done in a such way that individuals cannot be identified.
Third-party services
No personal or sensitive data is shared with any party unless it is stated in this privacy policy. No data is ever shared unless the same level of protection is provided by the party. In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to fulfill their commitments to us.
