The bikes are accessible via the EC2B mobile app. In the app you make reservations, unlock the digital lock, return the bikes and can get help if needed. Follow these easy steps:

1. After requesting access, sign into the EC2B mobile app with your workplace e-mail address.

2. Select private account and reserve a bike for the preferred time slot.

3. When your reservations is due you’ll be able to unlock the bike with the app.

4. Return the bike to its original spot stand and press return in the EC2B app.
